Shipping policy
We generally ship Monday to Wednesday
Orders placed with us will leave our shop on the next scheduled shipping day (Monday to Wednesday), however occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship. If there is any delay longer than this we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will be shipped.Â
Most courier packages are collected from our shop at 9am.
Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as we have booked your order onto the courier.
We will ship all orders via NZ Couriers, however we reserve the right to use any carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which lets you know that your order has been booked onto the next available courier. Please note: There can be a delay of up to 48 hours depending 9on demand as well as stock levels at the time of booking. You will receive a Courier pick up email once your [parcel is headed to the depot.
Your purchased goods will be couriered using the Non Signature Required acceptance as default, there is an upgrade to Signature available when you select shipping during the order process.
We will forward any delivery messages we receive to the Courier Driver on the delivery notes. We cannot guarantee that the drivers will action the written requests as we do not directly control these areas of the delivery chain and is therefore beyond our control.
Rural deliveries take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 - 2 days to your order delivery time frame.
Please make sure you check your shipping address carefully as orders are printed out and sent using the details the customer has entered in.
