Pick-ups
To arrange a pick-up at our store simply order and pay right here on our website. Feel free to use the 'order notes' box to pass on any special instructions or tell us when you'd like your order ready by. When you arrive just tell us your name and we'll take care of the rest.
We're open 11am - 3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11am - 8pm on Thursday and Friday, and 9am - 3pm on Saturday. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays. You can find us beside the side entrance of Mall 218 in Albion Lane.
Local delivery
Our current delivery partner is delivereasy, they cover most Dunedin suburbs so it is possible to have your Let Them Eat Vegan order delivered directly to your door. Click here to order home delivery.
Out of town shipping
We generally ship Monday to Wednesday.
Orders placed with us will leave our shop on the next scheduled shipping day (Monday to Wednesday), however occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship. If there is any delay longer than this we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will be shipped.
Most courier packages are collected from our shop at 9am.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as we have booked your order onto the courier.
We will ship all orders via NZ Couriers, however we reserve the right to use any carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which lets you know that your order has been booked onto the next available courier. Please note: There can be a delay of up to 48 hours depending on demand as well as stock levels at the time of booking. You will receive a Courier pick up email once your parcel is headed to the depot.
All parcels are shipped with ice packs, but please note our products are sent via ambient (non-chilled) couriers, as there is no chilled shipping service available to residential homes in New Zealand. We pack orders to keep products as cool as possible in transit, but we recommend refrigerating your items promptly on arrival.
Your purchased goods will be couriered using the Non Signature Required acceptance as default. There is an upgrade to Signature available when you select shipping during the order process.
We will forward any delivery messages we receive to the courier driver on the delivery notes. We cannot guarantee that the drivers will action the written requests as we do not directly control these areas of the delivery chain and it is therefore beyond our control.
Rural deliveries take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 1 - 2 days to your order delivery time frame.
Please make sure you check your shipping address carefully as orders are printed out and sent using the details the customer has entered in.
